The final of the Kerslake Cup was played between Cardiff Nomads B and Heath Hospital A at St Cenydd Leisure Centre, Caerphilly on Sunday 11th April.

First round matches are to be played between mid November & end of December.
Quarter finals are to be played by the end of January 2010.
Semi finals are to be played by the end of February 2010.

Approved feather shuttles are to be used.

Visiting teams are expected to share the costs of shuttles.

There is no setting in cup matches.

Winning teams must notify Les MacNeil of the result within 48 hours of the match.
